Funny you should say that Vapor. I worked on Fallout Tactics: Brotherhood of Steel as a junior 3d monkey and sub-junior concept artist. I never really liked the design of the power armour that was approved (Although the guy that designed it, Tariq Raheem [link], went on to work on Farscape and Star Wars Ep III). It looked too freaky and seriously restricted movement, making it almost impossible to animate properly. Earlier this year, I was playing tactics and doodled a few ideas for a more practically designed exo skeletal armour. So this piece is kind of FAllout inspired, but not if you see what I mean.
